Trusted Under Scrutiny
Our work is built for decisions that may face regulatory review, executive questioning, operational pressure, or investor scrutiny.
Expert-Led Solutions
You get senior scientific judgment, bespoke problem-solving, and a team that understands when AI, econometrics, forecasting, or plain reasoning should lead.
Production-Ready Delivery
We do not stop at insight. We ship systems, models, and workflows that your team can actually run, defend, and build on.
Where we work
Cross-industry by design
We work across sectors, but we are especially valuable when the problem is complex, the stakes are real, and the answer has to hold up after the presentation ends.
Healthcare, Longevity & MedSpas
Pricing, growth, retention, personalization, and operating decisions supported by rigorous modeling instead of instinct alone.
Retail
Demand, customer behavior, merchandising, and location strategy work grounded in data that has to translate into action quickly.
Energy & Utilities
Forecasting, program evaluation, regulatory analytics, and customer engagement work that must hold up under external scrutiny.
Oil & Gas
Commercial, forecasting, and decision-support systems that help leadership teams navigate uncertainty without losing rigor.
Capabilities
Balanced capabilities for consequential decisions
We balance technical depth with business judgment, combining methods and delivery so the solution fits the decision, the operating reality, and the level of scrutiny it must withstand.
Causal Inference
Estimate what actually changed, why it changed, and how confident you should be before a decision, filing, or investment leaves the room.
Machine Learning
Design and deploy custom ML systems that fit real operating environments, with the documentation, governance, and support teams need to trust them.
Econometrics
Build models that can be explained under pressure, defended in high-stakes settings, and used by decision-makers who need more than a black box.
Forecasting
Improve planning, staffing, pricing, and demand decisions with forecasting systems tuned for the realities of your market, not generic benchmarks.
AI Strategy
Translate emerging AI capabilities into decisions, workflows, and governance structures that make sense for your organization and your risk profile.
Data Engineering
Create the data foundations, pipelines, and delivery systems that make sophisticated analytics reliable in production instead of fragile in a notebook.
Selected work
Results that hold up after the meeting
Electric Utilities
Large US Electric Utility
A large US electric utility needed to replace its legacy demand forecasting system with a modern, causal ML approach that could handle AMI data at scale, accurately quantify demand response program impacts, and produce audit-grade confidence intervals for regulatory filings.

State Energy Office
A state energy office required a rigorous, defensible measurement and verification methodology for its portfolio of residential and commercial energy efficiency programs. The previous vendor's methodology had been challenged by the independent evaluator, creating regulatory risk.

Electric Cooperatives
Regional Electric Cooperative
A regional electric cooperative with 280,000 members wanted to modernize its customer engagement approach — reducing call center volume while increasing member satisfaction and awareness of demand response programs. Existing outreach was manual, batch-based, and showed declining response rates.
