With a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University and an Associate of Science in Social and Behavioral Sciences, Jervin brings a multidisciplinary perspective to operational leadership. Prior to joining EcoMetricx, Jervin managed a team of nine employees in a previous role as a restaurant manager, honing his skills in team leadership and organizational management. His foundational business acumen was further developed through active involvement in his family’s entrepreneurial ventures, providing him with practical insights into business operations. ‍Jervin specializes in client relationship management, strategic outreach to prospective clients, and fostering internal cohesion across teams. His approach emphasizes active listening and empathy, ensuring that both client and team needs are effectively addressed. Fluent in both Filipino and English, he adeptly bridges cultural and communication gaps, facilitating seamless collaboration in diverse environments. Outside of his professional endeavors, Jervin maintains a strong interest in the arts and personal wellness. He engages in activities such as painting, cooking, ceramics, and gardening, and is committed to a balanced lifestyle that includes regular fitness and nutritional routines.
